Menjar i Viure is an association made up of 31 restaurants in the province of Valencia, whose trade is excellent cuisine and whose overall aim is to set increasingly high standards in quality.

Valencia is a land which is rich in products, from the fields, from the sea and from the mountain, with a large collection of traditional recipes where our know-how comes from, true culinary heritage shared by all. And the desire to go one step further, the innovative spirit of our chefs, rounds it all off: tradition and modernity.

Menjar i Viure represents the plurality of this land and its stoves. The diversity of our group, based on its convictions regarding quality and customer service, enhances the culinary richness of dishes, styles and different interpretations, respecting the identity of each one, and thus strengthening them as a whole.

We intend to be an important factor in spreading the word about Valencian cuisine, a good display that shows what it means for things to be done properly.
